The necklace is beautiful! I love how he was able to customize it so that my friend’s name was a cool design. However, I think the only complaint that I have was the design choice that was used. The letters looked a bit off, in my opinion. The artist would flip some letters backwards or sideways for the design, but I think it would be cooler to have the letters the same way.
It would have been nice if we had a choice in the design after payment was recieved from the seller so that maybe I could have put in some input into the look with the artist before receiving it, to say oh, I think maybe make this look more round or sharp.
It’s a good thing he put a paper to show you where the letters were, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to.

I think I would have been happier with previewing the name before getting it as I probably would have wanted a nickname or shortened/different name. Maybe consider sharing a HEAVILY watermarked plan with the customer? Otherwise a great product I just had a little tiny bit of design remorse.

I was a disappointed when I saw my necklace because it was quite small. The photos on the Etsy site portrayed the focal point/name design as much bigger. Therefore, it is difficult to see the design and that’s what make the piece so unique.

I purchased 2, one for me, one for my DIL. I am not kidding when I say these are fabulous..only ONE issue. These pendants were described as 14K gold. They are not….don’t believe they have any gold in them at all. I mentioned this to them, they thanked me for the ‘alert’ and told me to mention it in my feedback. So that’s what I’m doing. They LOOK like real gold…so you can get away with faking people out….but they are not. In any case, I LOVE mine, and I’m sure DIL will love hers when she gets it on Mother’s Day.
